VA Community Affairs for North Chicago's recreation therapy general
fund. The funds were donated to SALUTE by friends and family at
Mr. Kristan's 80th birthday party in November 2005. |

the Hospice Foundation of Northeastern Illinois President/CEO Carolyn
M. Handler, for their veterans hospice program. The funds were raised
from the Knights of Columbus Holy Rosary Council #4483 Victory bracelets
campaign. |

wounded Iraq War veterans. |
